Engineer Jeff Wagner's rail square concept was brought to market through our collaboration. The aim was to create an affordable adapter that maintains precise 90/45 degree alignment. Our guide rail square leverages the accuracy of aluminum rafter squares' 90/45 degree sides to achieve true angles. Costs were kept down by employing a 3D printed cam lock mechanism, with 4 locks (2 per side) enabling use on either side of the guide rail.
