Cat has a patented 12-Point Balanced Plenum. The atomizing air hits our 12-point fluid nozzle behind the air cap and is diffused. It surrounds the fluid in a uniform shroud of atomizing air as it leaves the air cap. This results in more uniform small particles. The end result is a smoother more uniform finish is achieved. All the other spray guns without the 12-point diffusion have high and low spikes or hot spots exist as the air leaves the air cap and surrounds the fluid. The result is very small and very large particles. The end result is an orange peel finish. Why C.A. Technologies?
